Spain's Field Pea Imports Manage Easy Month
PANAMA - Apr 20/21 - SNS -- Imports of field peas by Spain fell sharply versus the previous month in February, available data from Eurostat reveals.
Total imports during the month reached 7,879 metric tons (MT), down 62% from the previous month's total of 20,588. So far imports have totalled 28,467 MT, up from 5,629 during the previous calendar year.
Russia was the number one exporter, selling 7,071 MT. France was the second most important export origin shipping 443 MT, followed by Canada at 166 MT.
