Field Pea Exports From Russia Continue Easy Tone
PANAMA - Sep 9/20 - SNS -- So far during this calendar year added to a weaker tone, with field pea export shipments for Russia sank compared to the previous month in June, judging from recent data from Federal Customs Service of Russia.
Export sales totalled 14,614 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 75% from the 59,444 MT exported the previous month. Exports so far total 251,277 MT, compared to 263,741 during the previous calendar year.
The latest trade data revealed Turkey was number one consumer, taking 4,767 MT. Pakistan was the second most important buyer receiving 3,126 MT, followed by Germany at 3,064 MT.
