Pakistan's Field Pea Imports Continue Easy Trend
PANAMA - Feb 4/20 - SNS -- Pakistan's imports of field peas during April were little changed, dropping versus the previous month, according to data from Pakistan Bureau of Statistics.
Imports reached 17,728 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 17% from the 21,302 MT exported the previous month. Imports so far total 50,095 MT, versus 60,588 in the same period the previous calendar year.
Recent trade statistics reported Russia was most important supplier, selling 11,825 MT in the month. Ukraine was the second most important shipper shipping 5,219 MT, followed by Other at 346 MT.
