Beans Maintain Quiet Tone

PANAMA - Jul 26/19 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets maintained their quiet tone through the past week, with many European traders now in their summer holiday period.

Modest adjustments in asking prices in the United States saw that country's spot index for beans slip 0.5 points on the week to close at 115.3.

The Canadian pulse price index also declined 0.5 points to finish at 127.7, while the world pulse price index inched down 0.2 points to close at 138.1.
