U.S. Beans Remain in Good Condition
WASHINGTON - Jul 31/18 - SNS -- Dry edible bean crops in the United States remain in mostly good to excellent condition, judging from state level reports from the USDA.
Roughly 56% of this year's fields are in good condition and 14% considered excellent. The percentage of fields rated fair now sits at 19%, with 3% poor and just 1% very poor.
Crops continue to suffer in Colorado, while looking mostly good to excellent in Minnesota and Washington state.
