Steady New Crop Buying Interest in Peas
VANCOUVER - Mar 21/15 - SNS -- North American field pea markets finished the week on a mixed note against relatively steady buying interest.
Good new crop buying interest continues to be shown from bulk buyers in China and India. However, some buyers are concerned about easing values and are starting to wonder when markets will stabilize.
Area is expected to be up significantly in Canada, with exporters and processors confident seeded area will set a new record this spring.
