VANCOUVER - Mar 14/15 - SNS -- Field pea markets maintained their firm tone through the past week in the face of tightening stocks in net exporting countries.
India's second advance production forecast for the 2014-15 production cycle were discounted by many market participants.
Some traders in India openly criticized the numbers, believing yield forecasts for the rabi season crop were unduly optimistic.
