U.S. Durum Stocks Tighten
WASHINGTON - Jun 30/14 - SNS -- Old crop Durum wheat stocks in all positions on June 1, 2014 totaled 21.5 million bushels, down 7% from a year ago, according to the USDA's latest stocks in all positions report.
On-farm stocks, at 12.8 million bushels, are down 6% from June 1, 2013. Off-farm stocks totaled 8.73 million bushels, down 8% from a year ago.
The March - May 2014 indicated disappearance of 16.6 million bushels is down 15% from the same period a year earlier.
