USDA Monthly Bean Invitations Totals 790 MT
KANSAS CITY - Mar 23/11 - STAT -- The total quantity of dry edible beans covered by USDA PL-480 food aid tenders this season now totals 15,630 MT, compared to 27,100 MT last year.
Within the bean complex, the USDA is mostly buying colored beans, with purchases down 13,240 MT from last year's 26,530 MT level.
