Beans Maintain Firm Undertone
PANAMA - Oct 28/16 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets finished the week mixed with a firm undertone on world markets during the past week.
Markets in the United States showed signs of harvest selling pressure, which was reflected the U.S. spot index for beans, which inched up 0.2 points to finish the week at 147.
Similarly, the world pulse price index jumped 3.0 points to finish at 189.8. At the same time, the Canadian index rose 4.0 points to finish at 181.1.
