Wheat Inventory Climbs 3%
WASHINGTON - Jan 12/15 - SNS -- All wheat stored in all positions on December 1, 2014 totaled 1.52 billion bushels, up 3% from a year ago, according to the latest stocks in all positions report from the USDA.
On-farm stocks are estimated at 473 million bushels, up 19% from last December. Off-farm stocks, at 1.05 billion bushels, are down 2% from a year ago.
The September - November 2014 indicated disappearance is 383 million bushels, down 3% from the same period a year earlier.
