Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 110,100 MT
WINNIPEG - Aug 16/13 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 110,100 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the previous marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 43,700 from 66,400 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 100 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,939,500 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,939,500 MT peas up 334,000 from 1,605,500 MT last year.
