Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 84,200 MT
WINNIPEG - May 31/13 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 84,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-13 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 14,000 from 70,200 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 45,700 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,768,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,768,400 MT peas up 304,200 from 1,464,200 MT last year.
