Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 196,800 MT
WINNIPEG - May 10/13 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 196,800 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-13 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 34,800 from 162,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 106,400 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,583,000 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,583,000 MT peas up 246,100 from 1,336,900 MT last year.
