Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 171,100 MT
WINNIPEG - Nov 9/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 171,100 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 74,200 from 245,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 15,600 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 634,700 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 634,700 MT peas down 98,600 from 733,300 MT last year.
