Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 298,800 MT
WINNIPEG - Sep 28/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 298,800 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 101,500 from 400,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 21,900 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 383,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 383,400 MT peas down 8,200 from 391,600 MT last year.
