Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 197,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Dec 23/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 197,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 36,600 from 234,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 34,800 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 938,900 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 938,900 MT peas down 142,100 from 1,081,000 MT last year.
