Few Changes in Peas
VANCOUVER - Dec 3/11 - SNS -- North American field pea markets finished the week's trading little changed, with neither grower nor end users pressing markets.
Statistics Canada's final crop production estimates of the year will be released on December 6. Markets would not mind seeing the final estimate come up from the October crop report, as this would relieve some of the underlying supply-based concern in the market.
Pea markets were also pleased with the direction of rabi or winter season pulse seeding progress in India.
