Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 202,600 MT
WINNIPEG - May 20/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 202,600 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 63,200 from 139,400 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 46,100 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 2,113,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 2,113,200 MT peas up 875,500 from 1,237,700 MT last year.
