Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 212,700 MT
WINNIPEG - May 13/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 212,700 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 98,300 from 114,400 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 21,200 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 2,067,100 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 2,067,100 MT peas up 849,300 from 1,217,800 MT last year.
