Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 232,500 MT
WINNIPEG - Apr 30/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 232,500 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 61,300 from 171,200 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 77,700 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,963,000 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,963,000 MT peas up 846,200 from 1,116,800 MT last year.
