Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 260,000 MT
WINNIPEG - Apr 21/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 260,000 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 108,500 from 151,500 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 67,800 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,885,300 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,885,300 MT peas up 785,700 from 1,099,600 MT last year.
