Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 281,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Apr 9/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 281,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 159,000 from 122,400 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 35,600 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,782,800 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,782,800 MT peas up 717,000 from 1,065,800 MT last year.
