Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 269,100 MT
WINNIPEG - Apr 2/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 269,100 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 151,800 from 117,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 58,900 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,747,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,747,200 MT peas up 704,200 from 1,043,000 MT last year.
