WASHINGTON - Mar 31/11 - SNS -- Austrian winter peas area planted for the 2011 crop year is expected to total 20,000 acres, down 36% from a year ago, judging from the USDA's seeding intentions estimates for 2011.
Growers in Idaho, Montana, and Oregon anticipate lower planted acreages this season.
