Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 273,900 MT
WINNIPEG - Mar 25/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 273,900 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 128,600 from 145,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 65,100 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,688,300 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,688,300 MT peas up 706,500 from 981,800 MT last year.
