Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 285,800 MT
WINNIPEG - Mar 18/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 285,800 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 129,900 from 155,900 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 37,300 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,623,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,623,200 MT peas up 668,900 from 954,300 MT last year.
