Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 281,900 MT
WINNIPEG - Mar 4/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 281,900 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 136,900 from 145,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 115,200 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,533,500 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,533,500 MT peas up 606,600 from 926,900 MT last year.
