Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 342,000 MT
WINNIPEG - Feb 25/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 342,000 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 188,000 from 154,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 15,100 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,418,300 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,418,300 MT peas up 521,300 from 897,000 MT last year.
