Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 295,500 MT
WINNIPEG - Feb 18/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 295,500 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 118,400 from 177,100 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 59,000 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,403,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,403,200 MT peas up 540,700 from 862,500 MT last year.
