Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 296,300 MT
WINNIPEG - Feb 11/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 296,300 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 97,000 from 199,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 56,700 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,344,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,344,200 MT peas up 515,700 from 828,500 MT last year.
