Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 316,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Feb 4/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 316,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 111,900 from 204,500 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 45,800 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,287,500 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,287,500 MT peas up 491,200 from 796,300 MT last year.
