Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 272,300 MT
WINNIPEG - Jan 28/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 272,300 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 84,600 from 187,700 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 15,200 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,241,700 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,241,700 MT peas up 452,100 from 789,600 MT last year.
