USDA Monthly Bean Invitations Totals 850 MT
KANSAS CITY - Jan 26/11 - STAT -- The total quantity of dry edible beans covered by USDA PL-480 food aid tenders this season now totals 12,170 MT, compared to 26,220 MT last year.
Within the bean complex, the USDA is mostly buying colored beans, with purchases down 15,960 MT from last year's 25,820 MT level.
