Strong Finish For Edible Beans
VANCOUVER - Jan 14/11 - SNS -- Markets for dry edible beans finished the week's trading on a strong note against worries about the effect rain is having on beans Brazilian farmers are trying to harvest in the state of Parana.
This was reflected in the spot market index from dry edible beans in the United States, which rose 10 points on the week to finish at 976.
Improved inter-dealer markets were reflected in growers bids in the United States, with the index for grower bids gaining 26 points to finish at 890.
