VANCOUVER - Jan 7/11 - SNS -- International field pea markets finished the week's trading on a generally strong note as available supplies of all qualities of peas tighten around the world.
Canadian field pea exports are moving forward at a record pace, helped by recent business reported for feed peas to Spain.
European compound feed manufacturers are being encouraged to explore third country sources in the face of tightening regional supplies and unusually strong local markets.
