USDA Monthly Bean Invitations Totals 200 MT
KANSAS CITY - Dec 22/10 - STAT -- The total quantity of dry edible beans covered by USDA PL-480 food aid tenders this season now totals 11,320 MT, compared to 22,510 MT last year.
Within the bean complex, the USDA is mostly buying colored beans, with purchases down 13,040 MT from last year's 22,510 MT level.
