Chickpeas Unchanged Before Final Estimates
PANAMA - Dec 1/23 - SNS --Chickpea markets were mostly unchanged, with attention shifting toward the coming week's production estimates for Canada and Australia.
Canada's final production estimate is due on December 4, with Australia's data due for release the following day.
Though Canada is not seen as a price setter for kabuli chickpeas, tight global supplies are focussing attention on the numbers, as end users look to fill in needs until new crop product is available from India and Mexico.
