China's Sunflower Seed Imports Post Easy Performance
PANAMA - Nov 15/23 - SNS -- Imports of sunflower seeds by China fell compared to the previous month in September, the latest data from General Customs Administration of China
NOTE: Data for Jan and Feb 2020 is not available reports.
Imports totalled 27,435 metric tons (MT) for the month, down 20% from the 34,236 MT shipped the previous month. Imports so far total 207,425 MT, versus 132,142 in the same period the last calendar year.
Kazakhstan was the biggest exporter for the month, supplying 17,343 MT. Bulgaria was the second most important shipper shipping 9,850 MT, followed by Russia at 238 MT.
