Little Change in Chickpeas
PANAMA - Nov 10/23 - SNS -- Kabuli chickpea marets finished the week largely unchanged, while export markets for desi chickpeas continued to firm.
Exporters and processors in Australia report that farmers are largely disinterested in selling old or new crop product at current prices.
This is elevating values in the country as shippers try to cover outstanding sales commitments.
