Mustard Values Remain Weak
PANAMA - Feb 13/23 - SNS -- Mustard seed values maintained their recent downward trend in both spot and new crop markets during the past week.
Statistics Canada's stocks in all positions report indicated there are ample supplies available on farms to meet prospective demand through the balance of the marketing year.
Total stocks were pegged at 104,000 metric ons (MT), up from 73,000 last year but below the previous five year average of just under 122,000.
