Yellow Pea Exports From Canada Post Easy Performance
PANAMA - Sep 3/20 - SNS -- Shipments of yellow peas for Canada sank compared to the previous month in July, official data from Statistics Canada reports.
Total movement throughout the month reached 123,923 metric tons (MT), down 50% from the previous month's total of 247,006. So far exports have amounted to 3,110,625 MT, up from 2,620,173 during the last marketing year.
Recent movement statistics reported Bangladesh was most important consumer, receiving 79,816 MT during the month. China was the second most important buyer buying 37,618 MT, followed by Colombia at 1,523 MT.
