Pendleton Grain Growers Sold to UGC
PORTLAND - Jun 16/16 - SNS -- Pendleton Grain Growers (PGG) is selling all its grain division assets to United Grain Corporation, owned by the Mitsui Group of Japan.
United Grain Corporation will pay an undisclosed amount for PGG's facilities, contracts and inventory. UGC said it will spend 'a significant amount of money' to upgrade facilities around Pendleton.
