LITTLE ROCK - Jan 19/16 - SNS -- The latest weekly rice market summary for the United States was released by the USDA today.

   In the south, long and medium grain milled rice prices mostly steady.
Parboiled, Second heads and Brewers prices mostly steady.  Rice by-products:
Rice Bran prices steady to firm; Millfeed and ground hull prices not well tested
due to limited quotes.
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady to weak.  Second heads
and Brewers prices steady.  Rice by-products:  Rice Bran prices mostly steady.
Rice hulls spot trade not well tested.
   CME Rough Rice settlements for Friday 15th, Mar 16 closed .215 lower at
10.665; May 16 closed .215 lower at 10.955.  US dollar index on Friday settled at
98.95.
