VANCOUVER - May 1/15 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note.
This was especially evident in sunflower, with confection unchanged on the week, but oil-type advancing in North Dakota, while slipping in Kansas and Minnesota.
Dry conditions in parts of the United States played a role in the price movement, with market participants worried about new crop availability in those areas.
