ST. JOSEPH - May 1/15 - SNS -- The USDA issued its latest weekly national grain market review, covering the period through May 1.
WEEKLY NATIONAL GRAIN MARKET REVIEW Grain bids were lower with soybeans trading slightly higher for the week. Wheat closed with solid losses after beneficial rains fell across the Southwestern Plains. The bearish weekly export sales also added pressure. Corn saw declines on good planting weather for most of the corn-belt. The planting progress report came in at 19 percent complete early in the week.
