U.S. Sorghum Stocks Jump 64%
WASHINGTON - Jan 10/14 - SNS -- Grain sorghum stored in all positions on December 1, 2013 totaled 229 million bushels, up 64% from a year ago, according to the USDA's latest stocks in all positions report.
On-farm stocks, at 32.6 million bushels, are up 85% from December 1 last year. Off-farm stocks, at 196 million bushels, are up 60% from a year earlier.
The September - November 2013 indicated disappearance from all positions is 176 million bushels, up 35% from the same period in 2012.
