Carme Trust Buys AGT Shares
TORONTO - Jun 5/13 - SNS -- The Carme Trust has acquired and indirectly holds 5,182,601 common shares in the capital of Alliance Grain Traders Inc. (AGT).
The purchase represents approximately 26.09% of the issued and outstanding Shares, calculated on a non-diluted basis. The Trust bought the ashares from Huseyin Arslan and certain of his family members.
Murad Al-Katib, the Chief Executive Officer of AGT, is the sole trustee of the Trust and therefore has voting control over the Shares owned by the Trust.
