USDA National Carlot Pork Report

DES MOINES - Dec 10/07 - SNS -- The USDA released its latest summary of the U.S. national carlot pork market with prices expressed on an FOB Omaha basis.

USDA NATIONAL CARLOT PORK REPORT as of:  3:00 P.M.
Purchases equated to FOB Omaha Basis.
Compared to Friday's Close:         Fresh loins weak; butts
unevenly steady; sknd hams 20-23 lbs mostly 3.00 lower; sdls bellies firm on a
light test; lean trimmings 3.00-5.00 lower. Trading moderate, with light to
moderate demand and moderate to heavy offerings.
