Feed Pea Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 3/20 - STAT -- Canadian Feed Pea markets finished the 2019-20 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 11% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Feed Pea was CDN$201.81 per metric ton (MT), compared to an average annual bid of $226.15 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $250.96 per MT in July, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $167.64 per MT in October.
